Welcome to IPCS. By using our website and booking our eco-friendly cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with IPCS, you authorize our team to enter the designated premises at the scheduled time to perform the agreed-upon cleaning. All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Eco-Friendly Commitment

IPCS uses environmentally safe, non-toxic cleaning products. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please notify us ahead of time so we can make necessary accommodations.

3. Access to Property

It is the client’s responsibility to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. In the event of a no-show without notice, the full service charge may apply.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc.]. Late payments may incur a fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with any part of your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address the issue at no additional charge.

7. Damage & Liability

While we take every precaution to treat your space with care, IPCS is insured for accidental damages directly caused by our staff. Damages must be reported within 24 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or unstable items not disclosed at the time of service.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
